Will the siicone tips come off after a few uses?

No, the silicone tips are molded on, so they will not come off, even after many years of use.
What does LFGB grade wacker silicone mean?

LFGB Grade silicone is tested annually to European LFGB food safety standards, which is a more stringent standard than FDA grade and is heat resistant to 600F. Wacker is the German brand silicone we use, known for their for high quality raw materials
Why do I need silicone tip kitchen tongs?

Can I use these tongs for grilling?

As they are heat safe to 600F, you can use these tongs for grilling - just be aware that silicone tips are designed to be non-scratch, so they can't scrape meat scraps. Also, safe cooking on open flames require much longer tools than 12".
